** Lucid dreaming blend- This blend includes:
* Egyptian Blue lotus,
* Passionflower,
* Mugwort,
*Butterfly pea flower
*Peppermint.
**Lucid Shaman Tea Blend:
* Organic
* Egyptian Blue lotus
* Organic Mugwort,
* Calea Zacatechichi
*Passionflower.
* This is not for the faint of heart. This is a strong tea. It will be bitter.
* Calea Zacatechichi tea
* Blue Lotus is known as Blue Lily and was used by the Egyptians for ceremonial purposes.
* Mugwort is also used ceremonially
* Calea Zacatechichi mexican dream herb has been used by shamans historically and is continued in use today. The calea is very bitter so not for the faint of heart.
* Tea comes loose in 3 mylar bags.
* Serving size 3-4 servings each.
** Lucid shaman tea, lucid dreaming tea and calea zacatechchi available in larger sizes.
* 1 to 2 teaspoons per 6 oz-8 oz cup.
* Steep tea in boiling hot water for 5-8 minutes.
*** Add honey or stevia to sweeten as the calea and lucid shaman blend may be bitter.
* These blends are relaxing and recommended only to be consumed before bedtime.
* Please do not operate machinery after drinking this blend.
